As school counselors our goal is help our students to be successful with academics and life situations. As adults we are sometimes faced with situations where we want to help a kid or parent to not get in trouble or to not lose anyone’s trust. Because there are ethics and laws that we must also abide by, the help and trust that we can give may not always be the right thing to do. There are three scenarios where school counselors are put in unethical situations. The first is Enchanted Ethical Scenario B with Snow White and The Seven Dwarves. Second is enchanted Ethical Scenario C Cinderella, Prince Charming and their twin children. Lastly is enchanted Ethical Scenario E with Arial The Little Mermaid and Ursela The Sea Witch.
